Baiju has 17 years of experience in healthcare holding various sales, marketing, pricing, and market access roles within manufacturers and consultancy. Baiju’s entrepreneurial spirit is driven towards developing technologies which disrupt conventional wisdom.
As the SVP and Head of Commercial Development at HERON Evidence Development, Baiju helped build the US office as well as lead a global commercial team responsible for Pricing, Market Access and Health Economics consultancy to Pharmaceutical, Device, and Diagnostic companies.
As President of Aurora Capital LLC., Baiju provided clients with a standardized and proactive approach to integrating Market Access and Health Economics aspects into a product’s clinical and commercial strategy. He has been involved in developing pricing, market access, and evidenced based strategies for the launch of 15 new therapeutics and technologies in various diseases and therapeutic areas. Baiju has developed an online ‘front end’ competitive Pricing Dashboard which has been utilized in new drug and lifecycle pricing and forecasting decisions.
Baiju has an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing from Rutgers University.
Paul is a serial entrepreneur who has founded several companies and has recently joined the Board of Market Access Transformation to invest in its’ profitable growth, and expansion.
With 30 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and services sectors Paul has a deep understanding of global healthcare policy drivers and the resulting impact on manufacturer pipeline choices, and evidence requirements.
Specifically in this space, Paul co-founded the HERON Group in 1999, a consultancy specializing in health economics, evidence based medicine and pricing, reimbursement, and market access. He was responsible for the management and development of the European operations in the UK and Sweden and the establishment, and integration of a specialised function in Northern India. Paul also assumed financial control for the HERON group of companies.
Paul also has the experience of playing a leading role in the successful negotiation and sale of HERON to Parexel International in 2013. Paul’s earlier career included clinical development, commercial and health economics roles at gsk and Roche.
Kuldeep has worked in clinical medicine and with top-20 pharmaceutical companies for over 13 years. Kuldeep has led European and global market access and pricing strategy projects across a broad range of therapeutic areas, including primary care (Metabolic disorder, Pain and Inflammation) and specialty care (Neuroscience, Rheumatology and Oncology).
Prior to joining MAT, Kuldeep held various positions of increasing responsibility with the World Health Organization, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and a health care consultancy in Europe. He holds a MBBS from King Georges Medical college, India; MPH from UCL, London; and MBA from London Business School.
Alex has 5 years of experience in healthcare, holding sales & business development roles for a medical device manufacturer and a global reimbursement data/technology provider to the pharmaceutical industry. Alex’s willingness and ability to listen and understand the customer needs drives him to find, and create valuable solutions.
Heading up Sales at Context Matters, Alex played a key role in growing the customer footprint across the United States and Europe, supporting market access, health economics outcomes research, and pricing & reimbursement teams with their Health Technology Assessment/reimbursement strategy. He introduced cutting edge technology as a new innovative approach to global market access to a variety of pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
Alex started his professional career working for Johnson & Johnson’s Ethicon Endo-Surgery, selling laparoscopic surgical devices to surgeons and hospitals to support a number of laparoscopic surgical procedures.
Alex has a BA from the University of Arizona
Kristen is most passionate about using her many years as a designer and marketer to create ‘magical” products and experiences for her clients’ customers. She has worked in the digital design, content and marketing space for the past 20 years at many of the top digital marketing agencies, including Agency.com and Razorfish. She was also a founding partner of the first word of mouth marketing firm, BzzAgent, wearing many hats that included both Chief Creative Officer and SVP of Corporate and Product Strategy. She helped build and oversee over four hundred word-of-mouth campaigns with a network of over one million volunteers.
Kristen has founded a number of other internet-based startups, and has also helped a wide variety of startup companies in a consulting capacity.
She holds a BA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Masters in Design from Harvard Design School.
Martin is a technology strategist with over 20 years’ experience in building successful teams and delivering change. He is an advocate for effective, pragmatic architectures that make the best use of innovative technology. He has spent the last year as CTO of a technology start-up in the mental health sector where he recruited and led a successful development team.
As the Enterprise Architect for Infrastructure and Security at the UK retailer, Sainsbury’s, Martin was the technology lead for the infrastructure and security change portfolios where his team architected and delivered a £200M roadmap of transformation across more than 80 projects. As the Group Enterprise Architect for the Tesco Operating Model, Martin was responsible for coordinating infrastructure and common business technology investments across Tesco’s global businesses.
Prior to its successful acquisition, Martin was responsible for setting up and leading the client engineering and design team at Itheon, a technology MBO that delivered utility billing and “as-a-service” IT metering solutions for enterprise data centers.
Martin has a BA from Portsmouth University.
Stefania has 5 years’ experience of Global Payers and KOLs recruitment within Market Access/Healthcare industry.
In the UK, prior to joining Market Access Transformation she worked at GfK Market Access as the Manager of the Payer Liaison team and at the National Centre for Social Research, mainly in the qualitative research unit.
In Italy, Stefania worked for almost seven years at Consorzio GAIA S.p.A. as a project manager on international environmental cooperation projects in the Balkans and East Asia.
She earned a BA in International Business and a diploma in Accounting and has completed project management training.
Stefania is an Italian National, is fluent in English and speaks conversational Spanish and French.
