With over 10 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, Hebe has dedicated most of her professional career to the healthcare industry. She found her passion, and worked to improve channels of communication between patients, providers and state partners (payers).
During her 6-year tenure at UnitedHealthcare, Hebe developed grassroots marketing strategies and led the implementation of health education programs at the Medicaid Plan in Delaware. She then took on a national role with the UCS Medical & Clinical Operations team in which she facilitated the launch and implementation of Dental communication and documentation process as well as handling all SignatureValue (Commercial) and Medicare Advantage marketing communication strategies.
Hebe holds an M.Sc. in Management and Marketing from Wilmington University, and an B.A. degree in Social Communications with a major in Public Relations from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP – Brazil).
